Service Description

A discovery call is a complimentary and brief conversation that takes place on ZOOM between a counsellor and a client. During this call, both parties have the opportunity to connect and discuss the client's needs, challenges, and goals. It serves as an initial step towards establishing a therapeutic relationship, allowing the counselor to gain insight into the client's situation and determine how their expertise can be of assistance. The discovery call offers a platform for the client to ask questions, share concerns, and understand the counselor's approach, thereby laying the foundation for a productive and supportive counseling journey.
